Tarragon

With a distinctive anise-like flavor, tarragon is a staple in french cooking.

One of the four ‘fine herbs’ in french cooking, tarragon is the key ingredient in famous Béarnaise sauce. Use tarragon to season chicken, fish and egg dishes. Delicious in tartar sauce and salad dressings, tarragon is also frequently used to infuse oils and vinegars.
